Digital delivery
Because ORDRIA™ products are digital and delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once access or download has been provided.
If something is wrong
If you experience a technical issue, receive the wrong file, or cannot access a purchase, contact team@ordria.madethis.app with your order details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Exceptional requests
We review exceptional refund requests individually where required by applicable law. A request does not guarantee a refund, but we will always respond with care and clarity.
